I Fancied a change from rice with a tinned chilli tonight so I tried these, they are undoubtedly a winner and I'm sure I'll be doing them often, they would be great with a steak or even plain white fish. Very quick and easy to do as well. One to add to my recipe book for future reference.
Ingredients
3 Medium White potatoes
1 Medium Onion
Oil
Black pepper
Cooking Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces
Peel the onion and cut into chunks (I quarter the onion and then cut each piece into two)
Place in air fryer and spray with oil (I used rapeseed oil)
Grind black pepper on top (optional)
Cook at 200°C for 15 minutes tossing three or 4 times during cooking
Tip: Be careful not to overcook, the potatoes can be tested with a fork, when the onions are caramelise and just beginning to crisp on the outside the potatoes should be ready.
