I have been meaning to try this air fryer recipe for ages and finally got around to it at breakfast time.

It could not be much easier.
Use a mug to press down on a slice of medium or thick bread to create an indentation
Crack an egg into it
Season with salt and pepper
Air fry at 180C for 6 minutes
Grate on a little cheese
Cook for a further 2 minutes
I served mine with home-grown microgreens.
A very quick and effective recipe which I will add to my list of regular breakfasts.
