I tried a new breakfast recipe this morning, it was very good and will certainly be a regular one to add to my list. Egg stuffed peppers.
This is a quick and easy air fryer recipe which I found on YouTube channel Empowered Cooks an excellent channel for many easy air fryer recipes.
All you need is a bell pepper, a couple of eggs and a little grated cheese.
Pre-heat the air fryer to 190°C
Cut the pepper in half, carefully removing the stalk, white parts and seeds
Crack an egg into each half
Top the egg with a little salt
Cook at 190°C for 9 minutes
Grate a little cheese on the top of the eggs (optional)
Cook for a further 2 minutes
