Breakfast Oats
Microwave
One of my favourite breakfast recipes and reasonably healthy too, note that this needs to be prepared the night before.

Ingredients
8 heaped dessert spoons rolled oats (100g)
1 dessert spoon chia seeds
1 dessert spoon flax seeds
1 dessert spoon sunflower seeds
1 dessert spoon pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp honey or syrup (optional)
Fruit (optional)
Water
Steps
Put the oats into your breakfast bowl
Add the seeds
Add cold water until the oats are barely covered
Cover (I use a plate) and leave overnight
Optionally add fruit, honey or syrup and microwave until warm (75 seconds)
Eat immediately
