Chicken / Turkey Recipes

Here are some of my favourite chicken & turkey recipes, in most cases the two meats are interchangeable and I generally buy whatever is in the reduced aisle in the supermarket and freeze it if I'm not using it straight away.

I have seen some recipes where it suggests that frozen raw meat can be used as an ingredient, personally I steer well clear of this practice as poultry can make you very ill if not fully cooked through.
